👤 1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the cbaji4 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. cbaji4 reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time, and to suspend or terminate any account that fails to meet these requirements.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. cbaji4 does not permit registration or use by any person under 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement and is non-negotiable. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one cbaji4 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or using shared devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. Any balance held in secondary accounts will be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. cbaji4 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• Personal use only: Your cbaji4 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Jurisdiction: It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using cbaji4 is lawful in your jurisdiction. cbaji4 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate in all locations.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbaji4 login credentials, including your username and password. cbaji4 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of protection.

• Own payment methods only: You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• No charge-backs: By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds are yours and that you will not initiate a charge-back or payment reversal. Fraudulent charge-backs will be contested and the associated account will be permanently suspended.

• No cash equivalent: Bonus credits have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.

• Interference with the platform: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the cbaji4 platform, its servers, databases, or any software underlying the service.

All content on the cbaji4 platform — including but not limited to the cbaji4 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, video content, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of cbaji4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbaji4 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any cbaji4 content without the prior written consent of cbaji4. Any unauthorised use of cbaji4 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access and may give rise to legal proceedings.

• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a responsible gaming referral from a recognised third-party organisation.

Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to any refund of losses incurred prior to closure, but any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
